Komstadt was helping one of the largest private bank in the world to implement the design and build out of the Audio & Visual System for a new Hong Kong office. The project was completed in 2015. The scope of our service ranged from the full design of the Audio & Visual aspect of the Conference Room including Centralized Controls, Video Conferencing, Lighting, & Acoustics.
The business required a dynamic design where rooms can be changed to accommodate the different functions and event that are held by the company. Multi-Function Conference Rooms can be combined to accommodate difference volume of people in meeting marketing & management needs. A Control Solution was designed & implemented to the multi-function rooms for centralized control of the AV System. The system managed the change in accordance to the user requirement and AV functionality of the rooms.

Whether it’s for Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, Presentations or Combined Room functions, the AV settings can be achieved by the touch on a wireless control panel
AV SYSTEM SCHEMATIC
The system was designed using the Crestron AV3 Centralized Control System which formed the core backbone of the room’s Audio & Visual controls. Below is a high level schematic on the connectivity between the key equipment and components that are managed by multiple wireless touch control panels. The system controlled both the Multi-Function Conference Rooms along with the Breakout Area which also provided Video functionality to the users.
